We're growing quickly and are looking for a qualified, customer-focused Maintenance Plumber who can combine technical plumbing skills with strong communication and sales ability. The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated plumber who takes pride in both their workmanship and customer service. In this hands-on role, you’ll attend residential and maintenance jobs, diagnose plumbing issues, provide qualified recommendations, prepare quotes, and complete high-quality installations and repairs. As the face of the business, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. We’re after someone who communicates confidently, builds trust with customers, and genuinely cares about the reputation of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, reliable, and eager to grow with a fast-growing plumbing business. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and solution-focused mindset are essential. Day-to-day, you will:
- Attend new and existing jobs to assess and diagnose plumbing issues.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely quotes.
- Explain the work required, why it's important, and all associated costs.
- Gain customer approval and arrange payment before works commence.
- Complete plumbing works to the highest standard of safety and quality.
- Manage your own schedule and occasionally supervise other plumbers.
- Update our job management system with accurate notes and photos. What We're Looking For

- Fully qualified and registered Australian plumber.
- Must hold current VBA registration for plumbing work.
- Minimum 5 years' experience, including gas fitting.
- Residential maintenance and/or construction experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish.
- Current Australian driver's licence What's in It for You
