The Role
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals
Champion a positive, team-oriented team culture
Drive quality assurance and strategic improvements
Support growth targets and business planning with the Area Manager
Manage performance and meet key financial, customer, and quality metric
Blend clinical insight with operational excellence to deliver top-tier services

Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
Experience mentoring junior consultants
Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
