Warehouse Officer Position Description Warehouse Officer is the on-ground custodian of Complete Farmer’s aggregation or fulfilment centre within an assigned region. Reporting jointly to the Supply Chain Director and the Regional Operations Lead (within assigned region), this role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient loading and dispatch, and strict adherence to food-safety and quality standards. What You’ll Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, grading, storage, and dispatch of all commodities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels with finance and aggregation teams
- Implement and enforce food-safety, hygiene, and quality‑control protocols
- Oversee weighing, packaging, and labelling to meet buyer and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate closely with Field Operations and Supply Chain team for timely pick-ups and deliveries
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support full physical stock counts
- Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging maintenance as needed
- Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to the Regional Operations Lead (within assigned region) and Supply Chain Director
- Supervise warehouse staff and casual labor, ensuring compliance with labor, health and safety regulations What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in agricultural commodities or FMCG
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally within an agricultural, commodity‑trading, or crop‑handling environment
- Hands‑on knowledge of farm and crop commodity storage, handling, and quality‑control practices
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, stock reconciliation, inventory control procedures and loss‑prevention procedures
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards for agricultural commodities
- Ability to operate and maintain basic warehouse equipment and coordinate transport logistics
- Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with regional operations, supply chain, and field teams
- Ability to work long or flexible hours during peak harvest and shipment periods
- Willingness to travel within the region to farming or aggregation sites when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Who You Are
