**About the Role**

**Casual / Part-Time Position (2-3 days per week) -** **Immediate Start Available**

This is a dynamic, people-focused retail role where your knowledge of health and wellness will be valued. You’ll assist customers with their health goals through tailored product recommendations and advice, while contributing to the welcoming, knowledgeable vibe our store is known for.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Delivering exceptional, warm customer service
- Recommending supplements, organic food and wellness products with confidence and care
- Support opening and close of the store
- Merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Supporting stock management, restocking, and supplier deliveries
- Participating in promotions, tastings, and wellness campaigns
- Helping maintain our store’s calm, clean, and professional energy

**You are Ideally**:

- A qualified or student Naturopath, Dietician, Nutritionist, or Herbalist
- A passionate wellness enthusiast with retail or customer service experience
- Knowledgeable in supplements, practitioner brands, and holistic health
- Someone who thrives in a retail setting, loves helping people, and enjoys staying organised and productive on the floor
- Flexible with availability, especially weekends and during busy periods
