Completing your apprenticeship within a fast-paced service department located in Essendon, you will study for a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical while working a fulltime, Monday to Friday roster. This role will see the successful applicant learning and developing within a passionate family-owned business that is a dedicated European Vehicle Specialist. What you will be doing
- Full servicing and mechanical repairs on a diverse range of motor vehicles.
- Diving deep into fault finding and diagnostics.
- Learning every facet of the trade to become a top-tier mechanic.
- Managing daily paperwork, including repair orders and job notes.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and qualified workshop environment. What we are looking for
- You must be a 3rd or 4th-year apprentice with proven experience in a mechanical workshop.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid foundation in servicing and fault finding.
- You’re a team player who takes direction well, stays flexible when priorities shift, and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
- You must have a current police clearance and a reliable work ethic.
- Drivers Lic (unrestricted) and reliable transport
