Job Summary Permanent full‑time (38 hours) retail sales and customer service position, Monday‑Friday with weekend availability; training provided. About The Business ResMed pioneers cloud‑connected medical devices for sleep apnea, COPD, and other chronic diseases, with out‑of‑hospital software platforms to support health professionals and caregivers. About The Role The ideal candidate has strong retail sales and customer service focus, empathy, compassion, and a drive to deliver the best outcome. Responsibilities
- Take customer enquiries in store and over the phone.
- Investigate and help customers troubleshoot therapy issues.
- Provide set‑up, on‑going support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
- Fit the customer for a mask and recommend the most appropriate mask based on training.
- Provide customers with advice on the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
- Sell new or additional services over the phone, follow up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
- Maintain the retail premises and displays in good condition.
- Handle payments, balance float, and bank.
- Manage trial and sales stock, re‑order stock as required. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.
- Caring and outstanding reception duties to customers.
- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong and adaptable communication skills.
- Active listening and problem‑solving.
- Healthcare retail experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Reliable, honest, strong work ethic, up for a recent challenge. Benefits
