About You:

This position requires a highly motivated & proactive individual, who is a solid team player. You have a positive attitude, are friendly and empathetic and are a quick learner. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all who visit our practice.

Responsibilities will include: Efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone, with a friendly and professional manner Efficiently managing patient bookings, rescheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate electronic patient records Handling patient inquiries, providing information about our services, and addressing any concerns they may have Assisting with the processing of payments Maintaining a well-organised and tidy reception area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our patients Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as needed
