This role is suitable for someone with little to no experience, or someone with up to 1 year of experience in landscaping, labouring, construction or synthetic grass installation. Full training will be provided for the right person. About the role: This is a hands-on role working across a wide range of projects, including synthetic grass installation, excavation, childcare projects, building works, carpentry, waterproofing, concreting, welding, wetpour rubber and permeable paving. The work can be physical and may involve long hours or extra hours when required to complete projects. We are looking for someone who is not scared of hard work, is willing to put in the effort, and wants to grow with the business. Responsibilities:
* Assist with site preparation, excavation, levelling and base works
* Help install synthetic grass, shockpad, wetpour rubber and permeable paving
* Assist with building projects, childcare projects, concreting, carpentry, waterproofing and welding works
* Measure, cut, join and secure artificial grass and related materials
* Learn how to use hand tools, power tools and small machinery
* Keep the worksite clean, organised and safe
* Follow company procedures and safety requirements
* Work closely with the team to complete projects to a high standard
* Be willing to work long hours or extra hours when required
* Represent Multigrass professionally on site Requirements:
* No experience required, but landscaping, labouring, construction or trade experience is an advantage
* Physically fit and able to do manual outdoor work
* Keen to learn and grow within the company
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Not afraid of long hours, extra hours or physical work
* Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
* Current valid driver’s licence
* Working with Children Check required or willingness to obtain one
* Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions What we offer
