**About The Role**

As the **Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager,** you will play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader with a passion for achieving targets and developing talent within the team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the New Vehicle Sales Manager in planning, implementing, and achieving sales goals.
- Foster a positive, high-energy environment that prioritises customer satisfaction and motivates the team.
- Support in training, coaching, and mentoring sales consultants to ensure high standards in sales and customer service.
- Handle escalated customer enquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Service, to ensure a smooth customer journey.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
