We have a delightful opportunity available for a hardworking and enthusiastic Apprentice Baker to join our team at **Bakers Delight Niddrie and Essendon North.**

**To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will**:

- Have a passion for baking
- Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
- Be a morning person! Some shifts commence from 2am
- Have a positive attitude, love working in a team setting and learning new skills
- Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty
- Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.
- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.

**At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for**:

- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Assisting with stock control and production expenses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $35,000.00
- $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
