**Salary **- widely negotiable to attract the best, in the range $70k to $90k plus superannuation per annum.

**Briefly, responsibilities will include**:

- **Undertake Testing & Reporting** under instruction of the Lab Manager
- **Rigorous internal processes** implementation and maintenance
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyzing test results and preparing detailed reports summarizing the findings.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that all materials used on construction sites comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- **Asset Management**
- Ensuring that all equipment is calibrated and maintained. Company Vehicles pre-starts and services compliant to Co. requirements
- **Strict compliance to Co. Policies, Process & Procedures** including well documented OH&S; safety requirements.

**To be successfully considered for interview we expect to see**:

- A minimum of a highly relevant Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with Australian testing standards.
- A current Australian driver’s license and Construction Industry OH&S; card.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
- Possess a Nuclear Gauge License or be willing to obtain one, promptly.
- Possess unrestricted Australian working rights
