**Your new role** Join our dynamic team at Essendon Mazda as a Customer Relations Consultant and play a pivotal role in our Customer Relations Team. We are seeking passionate individuals who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Your role involves on the job training to promptly address customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring exceptional experiences through efficient processes and effective communication.
**Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
- Building customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Conduct follow-up calls, surveys, and manage inbound contacts to support customer relationships.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with courtesy and tact, making a genuine effort to find satisfactory solutions.
- Contact customers prior to manufacturer surveys to ensure their feedback accurately reflects their experience.
- Providing solutions to customer queries and concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
- Performing administrative and clerical duties with precision.
- Collaborating with internal departments and the management team to ensure seamless communication.
