Café Manager (Keilor East)

Hollisushi & Smoothies is looking for a motivated and reliable person to take on a combined Front of House Manager / Social Media role in our busy and friendly local shop.

We’re a community-focused business known for fresh sushi, smoothies and great customer service. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes initiative and has a creative eye for social media.

About the role This role combines front of house leadership with creative social media work.

You will help manage the daily running of the shop while also creating content that showcases our food, team and community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing front of house service
- Supporting and guiding the team during busy periods
- Opening and closing the shop
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Creating and posting content for Instagram and Facebook
- Photographing menu items and specials
- Promoting current products and in-store moments
- Engaging with our online community

About you
- Hospitality experience (supervisor or manager experience highly regarded)
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Reliable and organised
- Creative and comfortable with social media
- Takes initiative and enjoys responsibility
- Available weekdays and some weekends

Pay: $65,000.00
- $80,478.73 per year
