Your new role
As a Service Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the productive operation of our automotive service department. Your daily responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments
Process payments and invoices for automotive services rendered
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you must showcase the following:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
