About The Role In this energetic leadership position, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Clinical Director to support the effective day‑to‑day running of the clinic and contribute to a high‑performing, patient‑focused environment. You will bring advanced capability in CT, with additional experience in modalities such as MRI or Mammography highly regarded. You’ll use your expertise to drive clinical excellence, guide team practice, and uphold the highest standards of care.
- Overseeing daily workflow, rostering, and staffing coordination
- Monitoring service quality and driving continuous improvement
- Supporting the delivery of strategic and operational objectives You will play an integral role in ensuring a well‑coordinated and responsive service facilitating clear communication, supporting team alignment, and maintaining effective systems, processes, and resource management. Working closely with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams, you will help deliver a seamless, positive experience for patients and referrers alike. You will also step in to provide operational support in the absence of the Operations Manager. About You
- Caring and compassionate approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Higher academic achievements, such as Post Graduate Qualification
- Proven experience as a Deputy Chief MIT or senior radiographer ready to take the next step in their career
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Clinical excellence in providing high‑quality imaging examinations across a broad patient mix, with a strong focus on patient safety and welfare
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, patients, and key stakeholders
- Sound problem‑solving and decision‑making ability, with the confidence to exercise initiative and professional judgement
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, allocating resources strategically, setting priorities, optimising workflows, and managing budgets effectively while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
