Quarry Operations Team Member (Marrara)

About the Role Southpac Granites operates a granite dimension stone quarry in the NT. We are looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our growing team. Full training is provided – no prior experience is required! We’re looking for people who enjoy outdoor work, aren’t afraid of physical tasks, and want to learn how to operate stone-cutting machinery. If you have experience in mining or construction, that’s a bonus – but the right attitude is what matters most. What You’ll Be Doing
- Working outdoors in a quarry environment
- Manual handling tasks
- Learning to safely operate stone cutting and processing machinery
- Supporting the team to meet production goals What We’re Looking For
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and willing to undertake manual handling tasks
- Keen to learn machine operations (stone cutting)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred) Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in mining, quarrying, or construction What We Offer
