We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional looking to step in their career to joint our **Current Vehicle Department** as an **New Vehicle Assistant Sales Manager** at **Melville Volkswagen!**

To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your customers to establish and maintain positive customer relationships, whilst continuing to grow our customer base. Your strong sales and leadership skills will enable us to provide our customers the most positive buying experience possible to ensure that they make the best decision matched to their needs.

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly personable and articulate with the ability to quickly establish trust; customers like you, trust you and want to buy from you
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
- Lead by example, driving sales of the team and maintaining individual targets
- Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- ** Experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant in a dealership environment is essential**
