About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Fitness Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess nationally recognised fitness qualifications. You will be responsible for training and mentoring students completing Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with RTO standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging face-to-face and/or online training sessions

Assess student competency in line with training package requirements

Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to students

Conduct practical assessments in gym and fitness environments

Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation

Ensure all delivery meets RTO and regulatory standards

About You

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum) or Diploma of Sport/Exercise Science (desirable)

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Minimum 2+ years industry experience as a fitness professional

Solid communication and facilitation skills

Passion for health, fitness, and education

Highly Regarded

Experience delivering SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness and SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness

Experience in group training, personal training, or strength & conditioning

Familiarity with online learning platforms (LMS)
