**About the Opportunity**

As a Collection and Hardship Officer, reporting to the Team Leader, you will use your interpersonal skills to assist our members/debtors with their payment support needs. Through quality conversations and proactive thinking, you will assist in ensuring the protection of RACV Finance Company’s (RACVF) assets and member experience.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Proactive approach to the recovery of debt and management of the portfolio including Financial Hardship Assistance and appropriate alternatives for members/debtors.
- In depth and quality conversations to protect member/debtor experience and business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recover outstanding monies on secured and unsecured loans
- Identify and combat potential losses in the loan portfolio within our legislative requirements.
- Provide advice and assistance to internal customer service areas on collection procedures.
