We’re looking for an experienced Lead Signwriter to guide our sign production team located in Noble Park North and deliver high‑quality signage across a wide range of projects. If you’re a skilled tradesperson with solid creative instincts, excellent technical ability, and a passion for mentoring others, this is a chance to step into a leadership role with real impact.

About the Role

As our Lead Signwriter, you will:

Oversee day‑to‑day sign production and workflow

Lead a small team of signwriters, apprentices, and installers

Produce high‑quality signage using traditional and modern techniques including vehicle wrapping, traditional metal fabricated signage and more.

Manage complex jobs from designers through to installation

Ensure accuracy and quality control

Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a signwriter, ideally in a senior or lead role

Ability to read and interpret drawings, artwork, and job specifications

Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Robust communication and leadership skills

Ability to train, mentor, and support junior team members

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

Driver’s licence preferred
