**About the opportunity**: Where no two days are the same, we currently have a Full-Time position located at oOh! Noble Park. We are currently seeking our next Warehouse Officer who will be responsible for providing field service support to the Posting, Cleaning, and Maintenance Teams, along with ensuring the safe and effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehoused goods, and maintaining the effective operation of the Warehouse
- Accurately record inbound/outbound stock movements across the oOh!media Warehouse and to other warehouse facilities, ensuring the online Stock Database is kept up to date at all times
- Prepare consumable items for the field team
- Assist with Stocktakes and stock balances
- Complete monthly warehouse audits and compliance
- Coordinate, in conjunction with Field Operations Team Leaders/Managers, scheduled and unplanned maintenance for equipment.
- Manage the various tools and equipment registers and ensure maintenance is kept up to date
- Load/unload containers/trucks with pickups and deliveries
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring warehouse compliance with OH&S; requirements.
- Operate equipment and machinery with care and in a safe manner.
- Safely load and unload trucks of various configurations and sizes in a timely manner.
- Unload vehicles accurately and within specified time limits with a focus on ensuring materials are physically receipted correctly, employing appropriate manual handling behaviours
- Assist with poster preparation as needed.
**The Experience**:
- Have a current manual Australian Driver’s license and an LF license
- Preferred experience in warehousing practices, but are willing to learn
- Stock management and stocktake expericence
- Excellent time management skills
- Planning and organisation skills
- A self-starter with initiative to improve current processes.
- Demonstrated and competent computer skills in Microsoft Office
