**Job Description** What's the role?**
A typical week for our **Admin Assistant** will include:
- Assisting with Queensland Revenue Office payments
- Assist with Trust Account receipting and reconciliation
- Assisting with Electronic Funds Transfers and Bank Cheque requests
- Answering and placing client calls
- Maintaining records for documentation held Office administration ad-hoc duties as required
**Your experience and skills**
What will set you apart is your proven ability to think outside the box and really anticipate the needs of the role and the team.
- You have at least 2 years of office or administrative support experience
- Experience dealing with trust accounts is highly desirable
- Be well presented, with a qualified telephone manner and outgoing personality
- Ability to think outside the square and show initiative
- Current Full Drivers Licence
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills
