- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Experience in PM Residential Real Estate
- Proven PM skills and the ability to achieve performance targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in using real estate management tools and technology is advantageous.
- Self-motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to succeed in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of the Noosa area and surrounding real estate markets is a plus.
