- I am currently partnered with several Tier 2 & 3 civil contractors recruiting for foreman / supervisors to deliver subdivisions and sewer/water infrastructure projects across Southeast QLD. Locations include Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. About Us My clients are Queensland-based Civil Contractors specialising in Land Development and Sewer/Water Infrastructure. They have been consistently growing and have multiple locations across Queensland. Due to impressive growth and a strong pipeline of work the South East Queensland region, they are looking for capable foreman to run their projects. They have gained a great reputation for their quality of work and have a strong pipeline of work on the go. Responsibilities You will be the foreman on a range of civil projects around Sunshine Coast, South of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, or Gold Coast.
- Work Alongside Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects
- Supervise, manage, and motivate the site team
- Assist with progress reporting, procurement, and documentation
- Manage clients and stakeholders as required Run the day-to-day on-site Your Profile
- 3+ years supervising civil projects
- including subdivisions OR Sewer/Water Infrastructure
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Energetic with a positive attitude and a team player
