About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and energeticChef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team on acasual basis . In this role, you will help lead the effective day-to-day operation of the kitchen, working collaboratively with the wider culinary team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to our members and guests. This could be just the right role for you? As aChef de Partie, you will report to the Executive Chef and be supported by other senior members of the kitchen brigade.Dining options at RACV Noosa Resort include buffet breakfast in our Arcuri Restaurant, bar service for lunch and dinner, poolside dining, in-room dining, and our popular pizzeria overlooking the infinity pool.The resort also caters for large corporate groups through our conference and event facilities.Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving a consistently high-quality product
- Managing stock rotation and minimising wastage
- Overseeing and performing operational duties within your section
- Working across all areas of the kitchen operation as required
- Training and inducting staff, and supporting the development of apprentices, cooks and chefs Roster flexibility is highly regarded.
