Role Description

Th role can commence as Casual or Part time. The Property management role may have flexibility in terms of working from home for the right candidate. The position involves developing and managing property management rentals.

Qualifications

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Experience in PM Residential Real Estate

Proven PM skills and the ability to achieve performance targets in a competitive market.

Proficiency in using real estate management tools and technology is advantageous.

Self-motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to succeed in a hybrid work workplace.

Knowledge of the Noosa area and surrounding real estate markets is a plus.

Real Estate Agent Registration (or eligibility to obtain) as required in Queensland.
