- Employee & industrial relations, performance and case management
- Workforce planning, talent attraction and retention
- Coaching leaders and building leadership capability
- Driving change management and organisational initiatives
- Leading HR projects and continuous improvement programs What we’re looking for You’re a confident and credible HR skilled who:
- Builds robust relationships and influences at all levels
- Thrives in complex, fast-paced environments
- Brings contemporary HR knowledge across ER/IR, change and workforce strategy
- Is values-driven and passionate about creating great workplaces Tertiary qualification in HR (or equivalent) required What you’ll get in return
