Stock & Operations Assistant (Verrierdale)

**Location: Semi-rural (Own transport essential)**

**Hours: 4 days/week
- Mon, Tues & Thurs, Fri | 9am-4pm (No weekends or after hours!)**

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused team member to support our stock purchasing and warehouse operations.

This is a varied role combining some stock purchasing, inventory management along with hands-on involvement in the warehouse. It would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and is happy to be both desk-based and operational when needed.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing stock purchasing and supplier orders
- Monitoring stock levels and forecasting demand
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Producing and updating Excel reports (using formulas)
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Supporting goods in/out and general warehouse operations
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

**We’d love to hear from you if you have**:

- Strong Excel skills (comfortable using formulas and analysing data)
- Experience in stock control, purchasing, or inventory management
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- High attention to detail
- Robust general IT skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work in the warehouse when required
- Reliable, organised and proactive mindset
- Have your own reliable transport (no public transport access to our location)

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience with stock management systems
- Previous warehouse experience

Pay: $31.00
- $35.00 per hour
