Stock & Operations Assistant Verrierdale

Location: Semi-rural (Own transport essential)

Hours: 4 days/week
- Mon, Tues & Thurs, Fri | 9am-4pm (No weekends or after hours!)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused team member to support our stock purchasing and warehouse operations.

This is a wide-ranging role combining some stock purchasing, inventory management along with hands-on involvement in the warehouse. It would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and is happy to be both desk-based and operational when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing stock purchasing and supplier orders

Monitoring stock levels and forecasting demand

Maintaining accurate inventory records

Producing and updating Excel reports (using formulas)

Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies

Supporting goods in/out and general warehouse operations

Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Solid Excel skills (comfortable using formulas and analysing data)

Experience in stock control, purchasing, or inventory management

Good numerical and analytical ability

High attention to detail

Robust general IT skills

A hands-on approach and willingness to work in the warehouse when required

Reliable, organised and proactive mindset

Have your own reliable transport (no public transport access to our location)

Bonus points for:

Experience with stock management systems

Previous warehouse experience

- $35.00 per hour
