You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile! Your responsibilities will include:

- Mentoring and training team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintaining high standards with store presentation and cleanliness.
- Assisting with rostering to meet operational needs.
- Managing food preparation and handling in line with safety standards.
- Meeting store budgets and KPIs.
- Merchandising and stock rotation with creativity and precision.

**What We’re Looking for**:To succeed in this role, you’ll bring**:

- A passion for customer service and team leadership.
- Outstanding communication skills
- both written and verbal.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Physically capable to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work across a Sunday to Thursday roster.
