Your New Role

As a Grounds and Maintenance Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the property, facilities and grounds are maintained to a high standard for our guests. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this hands‑on role offers a varied mix of maintenance, groundskeeping and operational support duties in a fast‑paced tourism workplace.

Carry out general repairs and maintenance across the property

Maintain gardens, grounds and outdoor areas to a high standard

Assist with irrigation, waste management and minor renovation works

Apply general plumbing and building knowledge to maintenance tasks

Support watercraft operations and related activities as required

Work collaboratively with teams across the business

Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Your Skills And Experience

Previous experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance or a similar hands‑on role

General building, maintenance and basic plumbing knowledge, with trade qualifications highly regarded

Ability to multitask, use initiative and solve problems effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining safe, well‑presented grounds and facilities

Experience operating groundskeeping equipment and power tools safely; excavator and pool maintenance experience advantageous

Current valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster
