Prepares orders for all produce required for cooking
- Prepares Meats, Fish, Poultry, Vegetables, Pasta, Rice for al la cart e menu and for catering functions.
- Produces meals that are nutritional and within menu and budget guidelines.
- Maintains stock levels of food products and resources.
- Maintains clean and hygienic workplace
- Maintains OH&Safety; regulations in workplace
- Supervises assistants in kitchen
- Prepares menus and budgets Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
