We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Chef to join our team in a Full Time capacity with an annual salary of $76,600 per annum.
Prepares orders for all produce required for cooking Prepares Meats, Fish, Poultry, Vegetables, Pasta, Rice for al la cart e menu and for catering functions. Produces meals that are nutritional and within menu and budget guidelines. Maintains stock levels of food products and resources. Maintains clean and hygienic workplace Maintains OH&Safety; regulations in workplace Supervises assistants in kitchen Prepares menus and budgets
