Senior Property Manager | North Shore An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing and well-supported property management team on Sydney's North Shore. This is the ideal role for a Senior Property Manager looking to focus on relationship management and portfolio servicing — without the pressure of running around at Property inspections The Role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties with LOADS of support
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
- this is your core focus
- Conduct outgoing inspections
- Handle NCAT & bond claims
- Support juniors and general administration What You Won’t Be Doing
- NO routine inspections
- NO ingoing inspections
- NO leasing
- NO accounts About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Experience with PropertyTree preferred
