Benefits: Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Supportive and dynamic work setting Ongoing training and career development opportunities Stable, long-term employment with a reputable company Tasks & Responsibilities: Tasks & Responsibilities: Plan and manage the range of products offered, including maintaining appropriate stock quantities and service quality standards Develop and execute purchasing strategies and marketing initiatives, while determining competitive pricing structures Drive sales through effective promotion and advertising of the business’s products and services Assist customers with purchases and provide guidance on product features and usage Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, along with tracking financial transactions Prepare, review, and control the organisation’s budget and expenditure Coordinate staff hiring, provide training, and supervise team performance Ensure all workplace activities comply with relevant occupational health and safety requirements Qualifications & Experience: Relevant education qualification Diploma or higher required Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications Salary range is $75,000
