We're currently looking for the right fit to assist the Geelong based store.

We are looking for a highly motivated retail salesperson or experienced retailer to join our team.

Manna Gum Group is a family owned business and the key licence holder for Victorian Bird Company & Reptile Life in the Geelong region. We are proud of our exclusive brands of quality products and services with a passion for the livestock we sell.

The store is located at 57 Alkira Ave, Norlane

All our brands are fast becoming a recognisable standard in our industry and our growth is allowing the chance for this newly appointed position. Our team is vibrant, dedicated, customer focused individuals who are enthusiastic in helping our customers.

Working as part of a dedicated and passionate team who know how to enjoy what they do as well as get the results. You'll receive ongoing coaching and support, whilst learning about all aspects of our business.

What you'll do:

-Build rapport with customers from all walks of life with your friendly and welcoming approach

-Determine needs to provide the right solutions to meet our customer's requirements

-Drive to meet and exceed your sales targets

-Merchandise displays well and have a great personal presentation

What you'll need:

-Previous retail experience is preferred, pet industry experience an advantage but not essential (full training provided)

-A good work ethic

-A sales focused attitude and the drive to meet sales targets

-Ability to be proactive and work to deadlines

-Team player

Award rates apply

All applicants will be required to complete a DISC profile test (personality test) prior to interview selection.

Please note, weekend and public holiday work may be involved in this position.
