As our QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring both company and customer satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of food hygiene, product quality, and compliance. Key responsibilities include Operating Efficiencies — Achieve agreed operational performance targets. Quality & Licensing Standards — Ensure compliance with company and AQIS licensing requirements. Workplace Health & Safety — Maintain & promote safe work practices. Team Supervision & Training — Lead, mentor & train QA & production staff. Integrated Management System — Implement & maintain the IMS across the site. Hygiene & Sanitation — Oversee production hygiene & sanitation compliance. Process Monitoring — Ensure processes meet regulatory & customer requirements. Product Conformance — Compliance with AUS‑MEAT & customer specifications. AQIS Compliance — Ensure all AQIS requirements are met & maintained. TFIB Standards — Uphold TFIB Quality Systems, HACCP, GMP, IMS, Environmental Management, & training programs.
