- Live in or near Bourke NSW
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (Weekend availability is a bonus)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

- Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
- Permanent Contract hours: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
- Hourly Rate: $33.22
- $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
- Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day! As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
