We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of scalable internal and customer-facing products that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating across global teams, and delivering measurable results. Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Build and launch tools that automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Use data and metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and simplify business processes.
- Ensure seamless stakeholder alignment across multiple markets. Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IIT or equivalent).
- 5+ years of product management experience in tech-driven environments.
- Proven track record in building internal tools, automation systems, or customer platforms.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or logistics preferred. $150,000
