Clear Vision operates a structured, premium property care service focused on maintaining and protecting high-end homes — not just “cleaning windows.” We’re looking for someone to help generate new clients through door-to-door outreach in selected residential areas. The Role: You’ll be responsible for generating new client opportunities through door-to-door outreach in premium residential areas. Core responsibilities: -Lead Generation: Knock targeted homes and identify potential clients based on visible property condition Client Conversations: Speak with homeowners, ask the right questions, and open genuine conversations (no scripts or pushy sales) Property Assessment: Spot issues such as glass condition, track build-up, and exterior deterioration, Provide simple, relevant insights (not generic pitches) Positioning the Service: Communicate our White Glove approach, Shift the conversation from “cleaning” → long-term property care Opportunity Handover → Sales Progression: Capture details and pass through for quoting, As you progress, you’ll move into quoting and handling more of the sales process Follow-Up & Pipeline: Use our structured follow-up system (SMS + calls), Keep leads organised and moving through the pipeline This is not about volume knocking — it’s about quality conversations and positioning properly. How the Role Works: You’ll start in a lead generation role, focused on:
- spotting issues
- opening conversations
- creating opportunities As you become consistent, you’ll progress into:
- quoting
- handling more of the sales process
- higher responsibility roles Clear progression — not a dead-end job Pay & Earning Potential: $25–$35 per hour base
