- Be the first and last impression
- greet every member and guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Manage court bookings, check-ins, and member enquiries with calm efficiency.
- Delivering and making coffee + drinks with care and speed
- Keep the floor moving
- clear, clean, reset, and always anticipate the next need
- Build genuine relationships with regulars and make newcomers feel like they belong
- Support events, activations, and social nights with a can-do attitude
- Collaborate closely with the team to keep standards consistently high WHAT YOU BRING
