**Introduction**: Complete Care Pharmacy is seeking a passionate, experienced and dedicated Retail Manager to join our Brighton Pharmacy team on a full-time basis
**Description**: About the role
Lead our retail operations in an environment that values excellence, teamwork, and qualified growth. You'll manage a dedicated team, drive business performance, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional retail experience every time they visit.
Lead and develop our Over the Counter (OTC) consultants to deliver outstanding health advice.
Drive sales performance and manage budgets alongside our Pharmacist in Charge
Create welcoming, well-stocked spaces that customers love visiting **Champion our values**: Care, Communicate, Collaborate, Celebrate
**Skills and Experiences**: What does excellence as a Service/Retail Managers look like
Strong Face to Face retail and people management experience
Passionate about store sales performance, utilising experience in managing stock levels and budgets, and work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge to achieve key financial and operational targets.
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude with great attention to detail.
Adaptable leader who is excited and committed to lifelong learning in health & wellness
Roster is approximately 38 hours per week with a consistent rotating roster and shared weekend commitments (availability for weekends is essential)
**Week 1**: Monday to Friday **Week 2**: Tuesday to Saturday
