Ecommerce Coordinator (Brighton)

Company Description: Bali Body has been a market leader in Sunless Tanning and our D2C channels remain at the heart of our success. As we continue growing at pace across our D2C channels including Shopify powered online stores, Amazon and TikTok shop, we're looking for a hands on Ecommerce Coordinator Role Description: This is a roll up your sleeves, get it done kind of role. You'll sit within our Performance & Ecommerce team, reporting directly to our Senior Performance & Ecommerce Specialist, and be the person who makes things happen day to day across our website, Amazon and TikTok shop channel. In practice, that means you're the one keeping product listings accurate and optimised, updating assets for current launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions, flagging and resolving Amazon issues, and making sure our site always reflects the best version of our brand. This is a full time, on site role located in Brighton, VIC. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating website/Amazon/TikTok Shop to optimise performance and reflect launches, promotions, seasonal moments and campaigns
- Report and analyse sales performance across these channels and identify areas for improvement.
- Reviewing and resolving issues as they arise across platforms
- Liaising with our web dev team, Amazon agency and TikTok shop agency as needed
- Staying across competitor activity, platform updates and industry trends Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field preferred but not crucial.
- Hands on experience with Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central. You're comfortable getting into the back end and getting things done
- Sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and Shopify
- Excellent communication and project management skills
