**Our Mercedes-Benz Brighton dealership is now looking for an Experienced + Passionate experienced Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our Sales team in Brighton** **About the role**:

- Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation using an owner's mindset
- Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership customers with integrity
- Providing agile and outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.
- Strict adherence to compliance and inclusiveness
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPIs

**Do you have?**
- **An Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident**.
- Previous automotive finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills and an owner's mindset.
- Current financier accreditation
- Ability to demonstrate your results and experience in current and previous F&I; roles with integrity.
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills, including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- **A current Australian driver’s license**
