We are currently recruiting for an experienced and inspirational retail leader to join our Victorian team as an **Assistant Store Manager **at our** Brighton Child Concept Store.**

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Will have experience with a fashion retailer, managing a high-volume turnover store or exposure to managing multiple sites.
- A leader with the ability to oversee a large team across multiple departments.
- An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
- Experience in preparing monthly rosters and conducting retail administrative duties.
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
