About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Brighton Boutique/Outlet. This is a part time role at 30.5 hours per week on a Sunday-Thursday roster rotation. Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
