We are currently recruiting for an experienced and inspirational retail leader to join our Victorian team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Brighton Child Concept Store.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Will have experience with a fashion retailer, managing a high-volume turnover store or exposure to managing multiple sites.
A leader with the ability to oversee a large team across multiple departments.
An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
Experience in preparing monthly rosters and conducting retail administrative duties.
Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
