Description
We are a busy podiatry practice serving the community of Holdfast Bay and beyond.
We are seeking a receptionist.
Experience in administration roles is required, with reception experience highly regarded.
You will need excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise, multitask and work efficiently as a member of a team. Experience with MS Office is required, with experience with patient appointment and management systems highly regarded
Hours of operation are 8am to 6pm, with approximately 15 to 20 hours of work available per week. Pay and conditions are in accordance with the applicable award
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients to our practice
Collecting and entering patient details
Using our systems to ensure patient details are correct, appointments are accurate and other information is maintained
Answering phone calls and enquiries in a friendly professional manner
Range of administrative duties to ensure effective and productive business and clinical operations
Processing of payments using HiCaps, EFTPOS and similar systems
Supporting the Podiatrist in delivering exceptional patient care
Ensuring the practice and our clinic rooms and equipment are maintained to the required standard
A valid police check is required
Job Type: Casual (however permanent part time arrangements may be available)
