FOH Section Waiter/Supervisor (Brighton)

FOH Senior Section Waiter This role is suited to someone who can confidently run a busy section, understand the flow of service and deliver polished, attentive hospitality. You will be responsible for guiding guests through the menu, maintaining strong product knowledge and ensuring tables are managed with care and attention throughout service. Strong communication with the kitchen, bar and management team is essential, along with the ability to remain calm, organised and qualified during busy periods. HOURS: 38 per week Tuesday
- Saturday 5 Nights & 2 Lunch shifts The role will also involve supervising the floor in the absence of management, supporting the wider team and helping maintain smooth service operations throughout the shift. For the right candidate, this position offers a clear pathway toward progression into an Assistant Restaurant Manager role. Bar, coffee and cocktail experience is essential.
