We are seeking a passionate experienced automotive qualified who can immerse themselves into a standalone Operational Risk and Compliance Officer position.
This role is part of the Audit and Risk team, reporting to the CFO of Stillwell Motor Group.
It is a hybrid role, including multisite travel across Melbourne South-eastern suburbs and Mornington Peninsula, office setting based in Mentone and has capacity for work from home when required. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be required to work a 3-day week or equivalent.
The Operational Risk and Compliance Officer will play a vital part in ensuring our company remains compliant with its’ obligations to all Government and statutory bodies and the Group’s own Policy’s and Operating Directives.
About you:
You have extensive experience in an automotive retail setting.
Experience conducting audits of activities and providing risk recommendations.
Ability to consolidate data and prepare risk reports.
Experience using risk registers.
Presentation skills.
Influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a quick paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Customer focused.
Demonstrated ability to be self-driven and work autonomously.
Quick learner.
Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
